- Performance of a contract, when the information is necessary to provide the contracted services.
- Legitimate interest, to carry out B2B commercial prospecting —contacting companies and professionals using publicly available contact data, always with an immediate opt-out option— and to improve our services and prevent fraud.
- Compliance with legal obligations applicable in the jurisdictions where we operate (Argentina, Mexico, and LatAm).
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for up to 5 years after its termination to comply with legal obligations. Data from inquiries that did not result in a contract is deleted after 12 months.
B2B Commercial Prospecting Data Retention. We retain contact data used for B2B commercial prospecting for a maximum of 180 days from the last contact attempt with no response. If you request to stop receiving our communications (by replying UNSUBSCRIBE or via the opt-out link), we will remove your data from our mailing lists within 5 business days. We do not retain data longer than necessary for the stated purpose.
6. Cookies and Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic and user behavior in an aggregated and anonymous manner. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about site usage. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
